Management and organisation of the assigned item
Correct receipt and storage of goods
Mise en place and food preparation for our à la carte restaurant Delta as well as our hotel restaurant with high-quality buffets, banquets or half-board dishes
Ensuring very high food quality
Compliance with hygiene regulations and food legislation
