About us

iqual GmbH was founded in the summer of 2010. The motivation of the founders and owners is to combine practical solutions with methodological and theoretical knowledge and to utilise corresponding synergies. Around 30 employees work in the iqual team. Since 1 January 2021, iqual has continued as a public limited company (AG).

What you can expect

As a Developer Drupal, you will develop ambitious web applications for well-known customers as part of our development team. You will tackle technical challenges with ambition and find sustainable solutions for every problem. You will always be on hand to help and advise our customers.

Your tasks

• As part of the development team, you are responsible for the implementation of challenging and high-quality websites with Drupal 10
• You are responsible for the architecture and implementation of modular and reusable extensions
• You work together with the open source community to improve our own and third-party modules
• You actively participate in all project phases - from needs analysis to testing
• You experience integration, deployment and automated testing as part of software development

Our expectations

• You preferably have a degree in computer science (university/ETH/FH) or a computer science apprenticeship
• You have at least 3 years of experience in the design and development of PHP applications, preferably with Drupal and the relevant technologies (e.g. MySQL/MariaDB, Unix Shell, Symfony)
• You are enthusiastic about Drupal and know the APIs (Views, Field, Form, etc.)
• Practical experience in continuous integration and continuous deployment (Git, automated testing, Docker) is an advantage
• You take responsibility for your work and the environment and always want to improve both
• You see yourself as a team player and understand the success of the entire team as a fulfilling element
• You have a very good command of written and spoken German and English, knowledge of French is an advantage
