To reinforce our team in St. Gallen we are searching for a
Retail Coordinator (f/m/d)
In this role, you will act as a key operational partner for our international retail stores. You will support day-to-day store operations, inventory processes, retail systems, and cross-functional initiatives, ensuring efficient and seamless retail operations across our network.
This includes the following tasks:
- Support and coordinate physical inventory activities and stock accuracy processes across our international retail stores
- Provide operational support for retail systems, merchandise movements, transfers, replenishment activities, and order management processes
- Maintain master data, monitor system interfaces, and contribute to the accuracy and efficiency of retail operations
- Act as a key contact for store teams, providing user support, training, and guidance on operational processes and systems
- Create and maintain process documentation, training materials, and operational guidelines
- Collaborate closely with Retail Operations, IT, Customer Service, and E-Commerce teams on process improvements, system enhancements, and operational projects
What makes you a great fit:
- Commercial training and at least 1–2 years of professional experience
- Strong initiative, organizational skills, and stakeholder management abilities
- Open-minded, flexible, and able to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and experience in ERP and POS Systems
- Fluent written and spoken German and English skills
