For the Project Management team of Sonic Suisse SSD, we are looking for a
Project Manager
In this role, you will manage strategic and operational projects across Switzerland.YOUR TASKS
- Coordinate interdisciplinary project teams and collaborate closely with internal departments, external technology partners and laboratory sites across Switzerland.
- Manage project planning, budgets, resources, timelines, and quality to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Drive strategic projects in the field of clinical analysis and laboratory digitalisation.
- Ensure transparent and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders at different organisational levels.
- Contribute to the effective operation and continuous improvement of project management within Sonic Suisse.
YOUR PROFILE
- University or higher education degree in Project Management, Life Sciences, Business Engineering, Business Informatics, Healthcare or a comparable field.
- Several years of experience in project management within dynamic and interdisciplinary environments, ideally with certifications such as PMI, Agile, IPMA, HERMES or comparable methodologies.
- Ability to lead complex technology projects in cross-functional environments.
- Experience in transformation, digitalisation or process optimisation projects.
- Experience in healthcare, the Swiss healthcare regulatory environment, laboratory medicine, diagnostics or medical technology is an advantage.
- Experience in implementing artificial intelligence (AI) solutions and automating diagnostic processes is a plus.
- Good understanding of Laboratory Information Systems (LIS/LIMS) would be an asset.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across functions and teams.
- Very good knowledge of at least two Swiss national languages as well as good English skills and readiness to travel within Switzerland.
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style with a pragmatic hands-on mentality.
