• Develop and implement global event strategies to raise brand awareness, attract new audiences, and shape Akris’ brand perception  
• Lead the planning, coordination and execution of the seasonal fashion shows in Paris, including managing external agencies, facilitating internal approvals and cross-departmental collaboration as well as ensuring adherence to the allocated budget 
• Build and negotiate global and local partnerships to enhance brand visibility, attract target groups, and create local relevance
• Analyze market trends and competitor activations to identify growth opportunities

• Degree in Marketing, Business, or related major
• 3-4 years of experience in relevant luxury event management
• experience in fashion show production/coordination is a plus
• Very good communication skills, fostering effective collaboration across networks
• Proficient in English (both written and oral), French & German are a plus
