In North Macedonia, the Pestalozzi Children’s Foundation’s country programme focuses on advancing inclusive education by improving both access and quality for children with special educational needs. In addition, the programme is committed to fostering a safe and supportive school environment where children are protected from violence and actively participate in decision-making processes.
We are seeking a temporary replacement to cover a maternity leave from February 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026.
You find
- Manage finance, accounting, and reporting for the Country Office
- Monitor and control PCF-funded projects
- Provide financial training and support to operational partners
- Oversee office administration

You bring
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5+ years’ INGO/NGO finance experience with proven reporting skills
- Proven expertise in financial management and office administration
- Proficiency with MS Office and digital financial management tools
- Solid knowledge of tax, social security, and local regulations
- Fluency in local language(s) and in English
- A reliable, structured, and motivated team player
