Your Background
- Student of a technical field related to automation and/or information technology (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Data Science)
- Basic knowledge of Python programming
- Additional programming language experience (C#, C++, C, VBA, etc.) advantageous
- Good command of German and/or English language
- Valid work permit for Switzerland
Our Internship Offer
- Internship duration 3 to 6 months, optionally up to 12 months
- Workload: 80 – 100 %
- Place of work: St. Gallen, depending on the internship there is also the possibility of international travel to customers in Europe/Asia/USA
Internship Topics
- System testing of a multi-server, multi-logistics unit system using Python unittests
- Development of a modular GUI client to support various testing activities in our customer fabs
- Development / improvement of a data pipeline for analyzing battery values of our smart devices, which are in use by customers worldwide
- Development of a proof-of-concept application to automate infrastructure planning tasks using AI models
