The Pestalozzi Children’s Foundation is a unique Swiss non-profit organisation based in Trogen, Switzerland. We are committed to create access to quality education for all children and young people in Switzerland and worldwide. The implementation of the Convention of the Rights of the Child forms the framework of our projects. The Children’s Village is a place of encounter and the heart of our foundation.

PCF Thailand works with local partners, schools and relevant institutions, aiming at ensuring equal access to quality education as well as integration of intercultural education, mother tongue based multilingual education, education in emergencies, and child rights in formal, non-formal, and informal education.

You find
  • Responsibility for the smooth day-to-day administration and organisation of the Country Office
  • Financial administration support including petty cash management, payment preparation, expense review, and documentation
  • Coordination of procurement processes, contracts, asset registration, and inventory man-agement
  • Logistical organisation of travel, workshops, meetings, and visits
  • Support in partner documentation, financial reporting processes, and INGO compliance requirements
  • This position is offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
You bring
  • A bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least three years of relevant professional experience
  • Solid experience in office administration and supporting financial processes
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Very good Thai and intermediate English language skills, with strong MS Office proficiency (especially Excel)
  • A reliable, service-oriented, and proactive working style, including a valid driver’s license (car and motorcycle)
